Web Elements was a business concept that had been brewing up since early 2005 while Peter Peng (Principal Owner) was moonlighting at another small web design company in Orlando. Through out that time Peter learned the ins and outs of the industry and was able to take with him valuable knowledge and experience in order to open his own company the way he envisioned it.
